Welcome to Spice Cream, where every scoop tells a story. We’re a small, family-run business on the Sunshine Coast, and we’re committed to offering delicious, thoughtfully crafted frozen treats with care and integrity. Please take a moment to review our store policy below.

ORDERS & FULFILMENT

Processing Time: Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days. For custom or event orders, we may require a little more time — we’ll always keep you in the loop.
 

Frozen Products: As we deal in frozen goods, all deliveries are subject to temperature-sensitive logistics and are currently limited to our delivery zones.

DELIVERY

Local Delivery Only: We currently deliver within the Sunshine Coast region. Delivery days and times are shared in advance.
 

Pickup Options: If available, pickup can be arranged by appointment. We’ll coordinate a convenient time with you directly.

STORAGE AND HANDLING

  • Keep your ice cream stored at -18°C or below.

  • Once thawed, do not refreeze.

  • For the best flavour and texture, allow the ice cream to sit at room temperature for a few minutes before serving.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

  • Due to the nature of our product (frozen and perishable), we do not accept returns.

  • If there’s an issue with your order (e.g., damaged, incorrect item, or quality concern), please contact us within 24 hours of receiving it. We’ll do our best to make it right — your satisfaction matters to us.

  • We love collaborations and special requests! Whether it’s a celebration, event, or custom flavour idea, get in touch via our Contact Us page or select "Private Event / Catering" from the service dropdown on our form.
